Is there a template for reviewing test results?

Docpad includes many hundreds of Chief Complaints listed by medical terminology and lay terms.  However in certain circumstances, a template is needed that covers normal review of test results.

Here's how to find the template for reviewing test results:

Select a patient.
Select the CC tab for Chief Complaint.
In the same box to the right above the homunculus, select Generic Template.
Select the appropriate template from those listed:
   Common
      General counseling and advice
      Normal test results review
   Other
      Generic
      Generic, neuro
