Docpad includes many hundreds of Chief Complaints listed by medical terminology and lay terms. However in certain circumstances, a template is needed that covers normal review of test results.
Here's how to find the template for reviewing test results:
Select a patient.
Select the CC tab for Chief Complaint.
In the same box to the right above the homunculus, select Generic Template.
Select the appropriate template from those listed:
Common
General counseling and advice
Normal test results review
Other
Generic
Generic, neuro
