A signed note is a completed document and can't be changed. However you can make an Addendum to the note to make corrections or include additional information. Here's how:
On the Docpad Face Sheet for a patient, select one of the signed notes listed under Past Notes.
At the bottom of the page, there's a button labeled Addendum.
Click Addendum and enter any annotation to be added to the note.
