How can I add information to a signed note?

A signed note is a completed document and can't be changed.  However you can make an Addendum to the note to make corrections or include additional information.  Here's how:

On the Docpad Face Sheet for a patient, select one of the signed notes listed under Past Notes.
At the bottom of the page, there's a button labeled Addendum.
Click Addendum and enter any annotation to be added to the note.

Here's a video to show you how to do it:  https://youtu.be/hF2zYoMPTxA
