Patient will not appear in Clinical after registering in PM

If a patient will not appear in Clinical after registering in PM, it is likely that the user attempted to change the FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, and BIRTHDATE of an existing patient. These changes en masse are not permitted in the clinical side and will prevent the update from happening. A new patient record MUST be created to add a new patient. You cannot modify an existing patient data.
