Add current Time value in RESULT_DETAIL.RESULT_DATETIME with Date value

As suggested by Thomas that we need to change date value with current time of CQM reports.

In the RESULT_DETAIL, the RESULT_DATETIME is getting initialized to the date only, with the time portion remaining 00.00.00. Please initialize the RESULT_DETAIL.RESULT_DATETIME to current time + 1 minute.

Below listed are three possibilities.

Old RESULT_DATETIME value new RESULT_DATETIME value will be
1. NULL NULL
2. 2018-03-15 00:00:00 2018-03-15 05:16:23
3. 2016-06-22 15:12:06 2016-06-22 15:12:06

DocPad -- Review of Systems -- Move Comprehensive ROS to Top

1. Login into Docpad
2. Click on Incomplete Notes
3. Select any Patient
4. Click on HPI
5. Click on ROS

It displays Comprehensive ROS at the top of the list

Electronically Signed By -- Not working on All notes except Progress Note

1. Login into Docpad
2. Click on Incomplete Notes (Other than Progress Note)
3. Select any Patient
4. Click on Note

It will display “Electronically Signed By” below signature.

Family and Social History -- New Options "Other" in all groups

1. Login into Docpad/Nursepad
2. Click to Incomplete Notes
3. Select any Patient
4. Click on FHx/SHx tab
5. Click on Family Hx Add button

Now it display "Other" in all groups.

Below are CC for Primary care and Pediatrics specialty.

Form name – "Male Physical" – Complaint Name – "Physical", Gender - Male, Low Age 3, High Age 20

Form name: Pediatric Physical – Complaint Name – "Pediatric Physical", Gender – all, Low Age 5, High Age 20

Complaint Name is the same as Form Name: Well Child Assessment 17 years- 20 years, Gender – All, Low Age 17, High Age 20

Complaint Name is the same as form name: Well Child Assessment - 13 to 16 years, Gender – All, Low Age 13 years, High Age 16 years

Complaint Name is the same as form name – Well Child Assessment - 9 to 12 years, Gender – All, Low Age 9 years, High Age 12 Years

Complaint Name is the same as form name – Well Child Assessment - 6 to 8 years, Gender – All, Low Age 6 years, High Age 8 years

Complaint Name is the same as form name – Well Child Assessment - 4 to 5 years, Gender – All, Low Age 4 years, High Age 5 Years

Complaint Name is the same as form name – Well Child Assessment – 3 years, Gender – All, Low Age 3 years, High Age 3 years

The proper CPT display name for this code is: Chronic Care Management Services (20 Min) 

1. Login into  Docpad.
2. Click on Order tab.
3. And search with “99490” in the order.
4. Here CPT display name for this code is change “Chronic Care Management Services (20 Min)”.

Male new patient exam -- in the note it says "general cardio complaint" instead of "new patient exam". 

1. Login into Docpad.
2. Select a patient.
3. Click on “CC” tab and Add CC “New Patient exam, male”.
4. Click on the Note tab.
5. Look into History of present Illness in the note.
6. Here Note says "new patient exam".

CC does not filter by Age Type. 

If we select any patient whose age is 9 months, then CC of 9 years is also displayed incorrectly,

Age type is not working properly in CC so code change is needed to correct them.

 
Social History -- New Finding Under "Psychosocial Stressors" add "No Abuse" 

1. Login into Docpad
2. Click on Incomplete Notes
3. Select any Patient
4. Click on FHx/SHx tab
5. Click on Add button of Social Hx
6. Click on More
7. Click on “Psychosocial Stressors” 

Now, “No Abuse” is added and display

Docpad – “No Dx Entered” link doesn’t work properly in Review & Schedule Orders/Plans.

1. Login into Docpad.
2. Select patient.
3. Click on Order tab in below side.
4. Here select any order.
5. Click on “Review & Schedule Orders/Plans” button.
6. Here you will get selected DX in “No Dx Entered” link (here you can link DX with appropriate Orders).

Docpad – Label change in Duplicate Patient’s window --- “Possible Duplicate -- Confirm Patient Birthday to Proceed.” Instead of  “Duplicate Patients.”. 

1. Login into Docpad.
2. Click on Select Patient.
3. And select “All Patient” in that window.
4. Chose Patients which have the same name.
5. Here Label changed from “Possible Duplicate -- Confirm Patient Birthday to Proceed.” Instead of “Duplicate Patients.”
